These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the products, services, software, and platforms developed by Caltryx Tech. By accessing or using any Caltryx services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the products, services, software, and platforms developed by Caltryx Tech SARL AU ("Caltryx", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using any Caltryx products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

3. Scope of Services

Caltryx Tech develops and provides digital and AI-powered solutions including but not limited to:

  • Artificial intelligence software and automation tools
  • Software design and development
  • IT consulting services
  • Computer system and infrastructure management
  • Other information technology activities

These Terms apply to all products and services developed by Caltryx Tech, including current and future offerings.

4. Customers and Use of Services

Caltryx primarily develops Business-to-Business (B2B) solutions intended for companies and organizations.

In the future, some products may also be made available to individual users.

Customers must use the services in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

5. Account Access

Access to certain services may require the creation of a user account.

Customers are responsible for:

  • maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • ensuring that account information remains accurate
  • all activities conducted under their account

Caltryx is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

6. Pricing, Subscriptions, and Payments

Certain Caltryx services are offered through subscription-based pricing models.

Customers agree to pay all applicable fees associated with their selected services.

If a payment is not received by the due date:

  • The customer will receive reminder notifications via email.
  • If payment is still not completed, the service subscription may be temporarily paused until payment is received.

Caltryx reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

7. Free Trials

Some Caltryx products may offer free trial periods.

Free trials may include usage limitations and may be discontinued or modified at Caltryx's discretion.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers agree not to use Caltryx products or services for:

  • illegal activities
  • fraudulent purposes
  • harassment or abusive communications
  • unauthorized data collection
  • any activity that may harm the integrity of the platform

For custom software or consulting services, Caltryx may conduct meetings with clients to clarify product limitations and acceptable uses prior to deployment.

9. Data Storage and Infrastructure

Customer data may be processed and stored using secure cloud infrastructure, including local cloud servers when applicable.

Caltryx implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Call Recording and Data Usage

For certain products that involve voice communication technologies:

  • Phone calls may be recorded only with the explicit permission of the client.
  • Recordings may be used for research, system improvement, and service optimization purposes.
  • Clients are responsible for informing end users when call recording occurs, where required by applicable laws.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, algorithms, designs, and systems developed by Caltryx remain the exclusive intellectual property of Caltryx Tech SARL AU, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

Customers may not:

  • copy
  • modify
  • reverse engineer
  • resell
  • redistribute
  • any part of the software without written authorization

12. Service Availability

Caltryx strives to provide reliable and continuous service.

However, the company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may occasionally perform maintenance, updates, or infrastructure improvements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caltryx Tech shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages
  • loss of revenue or profits
  • business interruption
  • data loss

resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

14. Termination of Services

Caltryx reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services if:

  • the customer violates these Terms
  • the services are used unlawfully
  • payments remain unpaid

Customers may terminate their use of the services at any time subject to applicable contractual obligations.

15. Updates to the Terms

Caltryx Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be published on the official website or communicated to customers.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Morocco.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morocco.
